• Due to the exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
• Natural variations in texture and appearance are inherent in many of our pieces and are not considered defects. As many designs are hand-sewn, slight differences between items may occur.
• Colors may appear differently in person due to variations in computer screens and lighting conditions during photography.
• Small buttons can pose a choking hazard for young children; supervision is advised when garments with buttons are worn.

Care Instructions:
• Wash items in cold water; avoid using warm or hot water to prevent color bleeding.
• Be cautious when washing darker colors with whites, as with any laundry.
• Do not leave damp items, especially darker colors, sitting in the laundry for extended periods to minimize the risk of color transfer.
• Remove items promptly from the washer after the cycle is complete.
• All sample items and bulk orders are test-washed before shipment to ensure no color bleeding occurs when proper washing techniques are followed.

Flawed Items:
• If you receive a flawed item, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
